IMPORTANT NOTES

  • A maximum of 3 papers can be presented with one registration fee from the foreign participants and a maximum of 2 papers can be presented with one registration fee from the Turkish participants. In multiple submissions, the corresponding authors must be the same. Participants must pay an additional registration fee if a given number of papers is exceeded.
     
  • The conference proceedings and attendance certificates will be available for download from the conference website after the event, based on the registration check and presentation check conducted by the chairmen during the sessions.
     

    • We never call anyone for any reason. Please DO NOT TRANSFER ANY MONEY TO ANYONE REGARDING OUR CONFERENCE.
